Connecticut state-licensed appraisers since 1989, Debra and Joe Nardini have gained extensive knowledge of the residential real estate industry. Combining over 40 years of experience, Debra and Joe established their own appraisal company, Accurate Real Estate Appraisal LLC in June 1993.
